It is generally certain that SMEs ar becoming progressively important in terms of employment, riches creation, and the development of innovation. However, in that location are considerable doubts close the quality of management in this sector with policy-makers suggesting that there are particular weaknesses in innovation, a lack of financial acumen, mar keting, entrepreneurial flair, practical knowledge, and human resource management.
